Description: This plant is an erect annual, up to 60cm in height, with
wispy 2-3 pinnate, hairy leaves and tubular yellow flowers, surrounded by a
single row of white ligulate florets which are often bent backwards.
Aromatic Scent: Chamomile Morocco has a strong, sweetish, warm,
herbaceous odor.
Common Uses: German Chamomile has natural properties that make it a
relaxing and rejuvenating agent. Its trace amounts of lithium calm nerves and
reduce stress, lower hysteria and over-sensitivity and aids with insomnia.
Chamomile (Morocco) is also reputed to have excellent anti-inflammatory and antibiotic
properties that can assist with cuts, wounds and insect bites.
