It is used in many cosmetics, skin care products, shampoos and conditioners, skin care, coloring and non coloring hair care products, and eye makeup. as well as a wide range of products including bubble baths, baby wipes and household detergents. urea is found in the commercially available preservative Germaben. Add to the water phase of the formulas, typical use level 2 - 10% in emulsions. For external use only.
