Similar to the ingredients of our Lip Balm. Basic lip gloss simply adds shine to the lips without color. Colored lip gloss adds a combination of color and shine. . This lip gloss is fairly firm and not fluid enough for bottle and wand type applicators. This is lip gloss base is plain without colour, shine and fragrance. You can can create your own lip gloss with this base.
Directions: simply add 10% any liquid oil to the lip gloss base and add 1% fragrance and color to your product.
